SIGNED this ___________________ day of __________ in the year Two thousand and____________________. WHEREAS the obligors has sent a request proposal to Government, through the Union Ministry of ____________ for Grants of ₹_________ vide his letter number________________ dated; the obligors has well-set to execute this yoke in advance, in favour of Union Ministry of ___________________ for unshortened value of ₹____________ as requested in the proposal sent to the Government. The obligor is willing to winnow the proposed value or any other value approved/sanctioned by the Government. The obligor is willingly executing this yoke of proposed value with the stipulation that obligor will be yoke up to this value or by the very value approved/sanctioned by the Government, whichever is less. The obligor is moreover willing to winnow all terms and conditions mentioned in the “Letter of Sanction” to be issued by the Government. Now the condition of the whilom written obligation is that if the obligors duly fulfill and comply with all the conditions mentioned in the letter of sanction, then whilom written yoke or obligation shall not be enforceable. But otherwise it shall remain in full gravity and virtue. If a part of the grant is left unspent without the expiry of the period within which it is required to be spent, the obligors stipulate to refund the unspent wastefulness withal with interest at the rate of 10% (ten percent) per annum unless it is well-set by the sanctioning validity to be carried over to the next financial year. The value of grant shall be refunded withal with interest earn thereon. The Society/Trust agrees and undertakes to surrender/pay to Government the monetary value of all such pecuniary or other benefits which it may receive or derive/have received through/upon unauthorized use (such as letting out premises for unobjectionable or less than unobjectionable consideration or use of the premises for any purpose other than that for which the grant was intended) of the property/building or other resources created/acquired/constructed largely from out of Government grant. The visualization of the Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of ___________________Department of _______________ or the legalistic Head of the Department concerned shall be final and tightness on the Secretary/Trust, in respect of all matter relating to the monetary value mentioned whilom to be surrendered/ paid to the Government. The member of the executive committee of the grantee will undergo by the conditions of the grants in aid by the target dates, specified in the letter of sanction and not divert the grants or entrust execution of the scheme or work concerned to other institution (s) or organization (s); and undergo by any other conditions specified in the try-on governing the grants in aid. In the event of grantee lightweight to comply with the conditions or committing violate of the conditions of the bonds, the signatories to the immuration shall be jointly and severally liable to refund to the President of India, the whole or a part value of the grant with interest @10% per annum thereon. AND THESE PRESENTS ALSO WITNESS THAT The visualization of the Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of ___________ Department of ____________ on the question whether there has been violate or violation of any of the terms and conditions mentioned in the sanction letter shall be final and tightness on the obligors; and The Grantee/Obligors shall withstand the stamp duty payable on these bonds. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura. About North East Northeast India is the eastern-most region of India. It comprises eight states "€" the first-hand Seven Sister States, and the Himalayan state of Sikkim. Track 10 Track 10 is earmarking 10% of the Annual Budget by Central Ministries for the North Eastern Region, 53 non-exempted Ministries / Departments which earmark funds for the NER at present.
