Activities MDoNER is responsible for the matters relating to the planning, execution and monitoring of minutiae schemes and projects in the NE region. About North East Northeast India is the eastern-most region of India. It comprises eight states "€" the first-hand Seven Sister States, and the Himalayan state of Sikkim. Track 10 Track 10 is earmarking 10% of the Annual Budget by Central Ministries for the North Eastern Region, 53 non-exempted Ministries / Departments which earmark funds for the NER at present.
